The FSA have produced a useful Factsheet on Buy to Let Mortgages, which you may find to be of use. Though IMS follow the rules laid down by the FSA, we will still provide full recommendations and product details on every Buy to Let mortgage sold, in exactly the same way as we would on a Residential Mortgage.
